ACCLAIM Solution Design Workshops

The ACCLAIM Framework is unique, and therefore requires some understanding of its underlying techniques before you can make an informed decision whether to explore it seriously for your IT Project Portfolio. The best way to do this is through our all-day training class, typically scheduled once every three months or so, but another good way is to request a free 1-hour overview, delivered either in-person or over the web.

Once you’ve familiarized yourself with the basics of the ACCLAIM Framework, the next step is a 1-day Solution Design Workshop, an intensive activity conducted with your Executive Leadership team, IT Portfolio Manager, and Senior Program/Project Managers. Fortezza will assess your organization’s portfolio objectives and current state, perform a gap/fit for how well ACCLAIM might work in your specific environment, and tailor the most optimal ACCLAIM implementation approach for you.

The cost of the 1-day workshop is $15,000, and includes all preparatory work and written solution design deliverable, as well as a post-workshop debrief and direct access to Founder & Principal Consultant, Michael Hannan, to address all ad-hoc questions.
